<Inner Roughing>
Example: In case of the cutting start point P1, semi-finishing is not executed. In
case of the cutting start point P2, semi-finishing is executed.
Note) There is the parameter P9761<#6:SEM> for semi-finishing in G710 cycle
(About the details, see the section 1.2(2)). In case that the parameter
P9761<SEM> is set to 1, the parameter P9772<#5:RNF> is not available.
And semi-finishing is executed unconditionally.
(For semi-finishing, the above-mentioned two parameters <SEM> and
<RFN> are prepared. And the parameter P9772<RFN> is used for G700
cycle. The parameter P9761<SEM> is used for G710 cycle.)
