5.2 MACHINE COMPOSITION SETTINGS
This section explains the settings of machine composition of the
simulator.
The machine composition is a collection of parameters and other
various settings for the simulator.Multiple machine compositions can be
registered and switched between them if needed.For example,different
machine compositions are created for different users in advance, the
PMC simulator can be started with the settings for a specific user
simply by switching to the machine composition for that user before
starting the simulator.
The data maintained at each machine composition is as follows.
• Ladder
• Option parameters
• Nonvolatile PMC address
• Setting contents of I/O operation panel and option(ethernet port
number)
• Displayed screens and the position of the screens
The setting of the machine composition can be done using another
application.The simulator need not be active.
