keys, when you set the HOST DIRECTORY at the “DATA
SERVER SETTING- 1” screen.
There are three pairs. One pair is No.0911 and No.0912, the
other is No.0913 and No.0914, the last is No.0915 and
No.0916.
And the last pair ,
No.0915 and No.0916, is used for setting
not only the HOST DIRECTORY but also the file name that
is transferred between the Host Computer and the Data
Server.
Example)
If you wish to set “C:%DTSVRXNC_PROG” to the HOST
DIRECTORY, you can’t input “V”, I‘:” and “_” from the MD1
keys. So, you may substitute “@,, for “:“, “P, for “V and ‘I-”
for “_“.
In this case, you set the NC parameters as follows.

Afterward, set “C@/DTSVR/NC-PROG” in the HOST
DIRECTORY on the “DATA SERVER SETTING-l” screen
and press the softkey [ SET 1.
Then the Data Server’s software changes it into
“C:%DTSVFWNC_PROG” and saves the changed string.
When you want to get “nc_filel” file in the Host Computer
into the HDD as named “01234” by using “GET” command
of FTP, you specify “01234,nc-filel”.
In this case, the Data Server’s software changes “nc-filel”
into “nc_filel” and get “nc_filel” from the Host Computer
to the HDD.
