6. CONNECTION USING THE HSSB

The HSSB PC interface board is the HSSB communication interface
board that must be installed in the customer control unit. The customer
control unit must be furnished with either an ISA or PCI bus.
The following four types of HSSB PC interface board are available, which
differ in the connection bus and the number of channels. The number of
channels indicates how many Digital Servo Adapters can be connected
with the interface board. (As many optical connectors as the number of
channels are installed.)
