PARTLE Learning Control for Parts cutting (Option) is
1 : Available. ♦ If you change PARTLE, you must turn off and on CNC.
0 : Not available. (Power must be off)
ERRCHE Error monitoring function is
1 : Available.
0 : Not available.
ICM Compensation data mode is
1 : Available.
0 : Not available.
LCON Learning control is
1 : Suspension mode.
0 : Continuation mode.
(Standard setting) ICM (No.2443#6) = 1, LCON (No.2443#4) = 0
(Note) If LCON = 0 and No.2513 = 0, Learning data is not updated.(Product mode)
Data range : 0 to 32767
BRCT = 0 : When LCON (No.2443#4) = 0, Learning data is not updated.
BRCT ≠ 0 : Learning data is updated.
If you create Learning data, you should set BRCT to 1. When position error is converged, usually you set
BRCT to 0 and Learning data is not update. But if you continue Learning mode owing to suppress influence
such as a time change, you keep setting this value to 1.
Data range : 0 to 350 stepping up every 25 (HRV2, HRV3)
Standard : 100
FBND decide the band-width of Learning controller, so the higher the better as far as being stable. The
maximum value in the range where there is no vibration is set. Be careful, if the command by user
includes the high frequency spectrum exceeds FBND, the error of the frequency spectrum does not
converge.
(Note) If you set 0, no Learning is performed. You can disable Learning control without power off.
