1. Overview
“Learning Control for Parts cutting” can realize High precision in case of producing many works with a
same profile. Normal Learning Control is effective only during G05 (High speed cycle cutting or High speed
binary operation). If you insert Learning start code (G5.6 Pn

) and Learning finish code (G5.5) to the NC
program only, Learning Control for Parts cutting is effective in the specified part.

: Parts sequential number. You can select parts number from 1 to 24.
In the machining program, the machining unit of the drilling and the square pocketing, etc. are called parts.
Learning Control for Parts cutting can support parts of maximum 24 kinds per one machining program.
It is possible to store Learning data to nonvolatile area or outer personal computer. Moreover, you can
recycle it at next cutting.

2. Necessary things
(1) Servo software
90D3 series (
A02B-0303-H590#90D3) or 90E3 series (A02B-0303-H590#90E3) * Plan
(Note) You should be careful for a description of 90E3 series, because we are to develop 90E3.
(2) CNC series
Either of the following software is necessary.
FS30i –A : A02B-0303-H501#G002, G012, G022 / 10.0 or later
FS31i –A : A02B-0307-H501#G101, G111 / 10.0 or later
FS31i –A5 : A02B-0306-H501#G121, G131 / 10.0 or later
(3) Option
Option of Learning Control for Parts cutting is A02B-030x-R510.
(030x is 0303 for FS30i –A or 0307 for FS31i –A or 0306 for FS31i –A5.)
(4) Hardware
• CPU card : High speed B3 (A02B-0303-H006)
• Servo card : for exclusive use of Learning control (A02B-0303-H088)
3. Specifications
• Learning period : Total 262 sec.
• Learning memory : Total 262 sec. 514kW (8 0000h). (Note) In case of HRV4, it is half time
