c [GX MAX DIM] Set 10 for maximum order of Gx (Parameter No.2526).
d [GX MIN DIM] Set 0 for minimum order of Gx (Parameter No.2527).
e [GX MAX COF] Set 64 for maximum coefficient of Gx (Parameter No.2528).
f [GX MIN COF] Set –32 for minimum coefficient of Gx (Parameter No.2529).
g [FILTER(HZ)] Set 100 for band of low pass filter (Parameter No.2512).
h [SUSPENSION] Set 1 Learning suspension count (Parameter No.2513).
1 is Learning mode. 0 is product mode.
i [LERN MODE] Set 0 for Learning mode (Parameter No.2443#4).
j [COMP MODE] Set 1 for Compensation mode (Parameter No.2443#6). Usually you should set 1.
(A-5) In case of error monitoring, you should set parameters as follows on Monitor screen 2.
k [ERROR MONI] Set 1 for the position error monitoring (Parameter No.2227#1).
l [ERROR WIDTH] Setting the error monitoring threshold level (Parameter No.2550) by detection unit.
n [MONI STR(ms)] Set 5-10 (msec) for Monitoring start time (Parameter No.2551).
o [MONI FIN(ms)] Set 5-10 (msec) for Monitoring finish time (Parameter No.2552).

If you set Learning parameters on normal parameter screen not on Monitor screen, you should set
Learning parameters as follows.
• No.2443#6 = 1 (Compensation data mode)
• No.2443#4 = 0 (Suspension mode)
• No.2512 = 100 * (Frequency band of low pass filter [Hz])
• No.2513 = 1 (Learning suspension number)
• No.2526 = 12 * (Maximum order of Gx)
• No.2527 = 0 * (Minimum order of Gx)
• No.2528 = 64 (Maximum coefficient of Gx)
• No.2529 = -32 (Minimum coefficient of Gx)
(Note 1) There are two methods of clearing Learning data.
• No.2443#6 = 1 → 0. After clearing, you set No.2443#6 to 1 again.
• You execute current data clear on Current data screen for Learning control.
The output signal F0322 is 1 while clearing Learning data.
(Note 2) Learning mode and Product mode are switched by parameter No.2513.
• No.2513 = 0 : Product mode. (Data fixed)
= 1 : Learning mode. (Data update)
(Note 3) The method of tuning Gx.
Aims of initial value are as follows.
• In case of HRV2, No.2526 = 12.
• In case of HRV2 and No.2017#7 = 1, No.2526 = 10.
• In case of HRV3 and No.2017#7 = 1, No.2526 = 8.
You should search the fitting value for No.2526 up or down as 1 unit.
