6. Screen of Learning Control for Parts cutting
The following operation and display are possible by the screen for Learning Control for Parts cutting.
• Learning state display
• Parameter input
• Learning data input / output
• Graph display (It is the same as Y-time graph of servo guide mate.)
The screen is displayed by the following operation.
1. Press the [SYSTEM] function key.
2. Press the soft key (continuous menu key) at the right edge of the screen several times until the [PARTS
LEARN] soft key is displayed.
3. The [MONITR] soft key, the [CRNT DATA] soft key, and the [CRNT BACKUP] soft key are displayed. If
these soft keys are pressed, the following screens are displayed.

Monitor screen. The following operation and display are possible on this screen.
- Learning state display
- Parameter input
- Graph display (It is the same as Y-time graph of servo guide mate.)
[CRNT DATA]
Current data screen. The data information display, data input /output, and data clear are possible for
current data.
[CRNT BACKUP]
Current backup screen. The data information display and data restore are possible for current backup.
Learning data used on Learning control is in a volatile memory, and this data is called current data. It is
necessary to back up current data to nonvolatile memory or memory card or PC before the power is turned off.
One Learning data can be maintained on the nonvolatile memory, and this data is called current backup. When
the power is turned on, current backup can be automatically restored to current data. When Learning data
backed up is used, Learning data is restored from nonvolatile memory or memory card or PC.
It is necessary to set parameter No.1023 and No.2227#0 correctly to display the screen of Learning Control for
Parts cutting. Each screen details are as follows.
