• Parts profile : Max. 24 profiles per a work
• Functions : Full compatible with standard 90D0 / 90E0 series
• Limit of axis number : Learning axes are 4 axes within maximum 8 axes in 90D3 series.
Learning axes are 4 axes within maximum 16 axes in 90E3 series. (plan)
4. Parameters setting
For the detail, refer to “FANUC AC SERVO MOTOR αis / αi / αi series Parameter Manual”.
Because all servo parameters (No.2000 - No.2557) are axis type, you should set it for each axis.
(A-1) You must set No.1023 to the odd number (1, 3, 5, 7) for Learning axis in 90D3 series.
If 90E3 series, you must set No.1023 to 1, 5, 9, 13. (Note) 90E3 is planning.
• No.1023 = odd number.
(A-2) You should set No.2227#0 to 1 for Learning axis, and turn on the power again.
• No.2227#0 = 1. (Learning Control for Parts cutting function is available.)
(A-3) You should tuning servo parameters as same as 90D0 series.
(Note 1) Velocity gain need to control against cutting disturbance. Moreover, servo control system must
not have a resonance frequency.
You should make around 6000 an aim for Position gain (No.1825).
(A-4) You should set parameters related Learning Control for Parts cutting.
You should set standard parameters as follows on Monitor screen 2.
(Note) Gx means dynamic characteristic compensation elements.
