(Note 4) The method of tuning No.2512.
If there is lower resonance frequency, you set down No.2512 its frequency.
If you set No.2512 higher, tracing performance for position command increases.
(Note 5) In case of error monitoring, you should set parameters as follows.
• No.2227#1 = 1 (This function is available.)
• No.2550 is threshold level. (detective unit)
• No.2551 is monitoring start time (msec)
• No.2552 is monitoring finish time (msec)
At a program start or finish, position error becomes generally big. However, you should exclude
an approach part and an escape part by above parameters (No.2551, No.2552) because these
parts are nothing to do with precision.

• There is servo software of 90E0 series in CNC and when 90D3 series is used, you should set parameter
No.14476#1=1. (90Dx series is used.)
• There is servo software of 90D0/ 90E0 series in CNC and when 90D3/ 90E3 series is used, you should
set parameter No.1024=3. (90x3 series is used.)
