8.THE STANDARD PARAMETER TABLE
The standard parameter table for FANUC AC SERVO MOTOR βiS 12/2000 is shown in this
document.
1. Parameter setting
The following servo software supports automatic setting so far (Apr. 2005). Please set the
appropriate parameters manually according to the table, which we show later.

Series 90B6/B(02) and subsequent editions (FS16i-B,18i-B,21i-B,0i-B,0iMate-B)
Series 90B5/B(02) and subsequent editions (FS0i-C,0iMate-C,20i-B)
2. General notes
The internal velocity loop gain of standard parameter of βiS 12/2000 is set larger supposing
some load inertia. So outwardly, by servo tuning, the limit value of velocity loop gain (load inertia
ratio) will be smaller than the other motors such as αis series.
For setting velocity loop gain as large as possible, it is recommended to use the velocity loop
proportional high-speed processing function (No.2017#7=1).
And it is also recommended to use HRV2 control together.
CAUTION
If a motor is used in a wrong parameter, it may become broken.
