In outer and inner grooving, the machining start point is automatically
determined with a start point X or an end point X in the figure data.
D The case of Normal, Thread, Regular, Right taper, and Left taper
Outer : A upper point either of start point X or end point X of the
grooving figure is a standard.
Inner : A lower point either of start point X or end point X of the
grooving figure is a standard.
D The case of Slant
The start point X of the grooving figure is a standard.
D The case of Trapezoid
Outer : A upper point either of first point X or fourth point X of
the grooving figure is a standard.
Inner : A lower point either of first point X or fourth point X of
the grooving figure is a standard.
D The case of Contour
Outer : A upper point either of first point X or last point X of the
grooving figure is a standard.
Inner : A lower point either of first point X or last point X of the
grooving figure is a standard.
The machining point is automatically determined to the point, which is
the value of parameter 9784(SFCLREX) away from the standard point.
NOTE
1 In case the machining area is “face”, this function is not
available.
2 The machining start point is automatically determined with
the start point X of the figure data when parameter
9768#7(NRA) is set to 1.
