CAUTION
When a parameter to be allocated to the PMC area is
not to be used, be sure to "disable" the parameter.
For example, when 0 is set in OWN STATUS, R0000
in the PMC area is assumed to be allocated, and the
FL-net board may use an area starting at R0000. In
such a case, press soft key DISABL so that the
setting becomes "R----."
