1 VCMD Velocity command ( VCMD )
Default physical value is 3750(min-1), but if the axis is using Linear Motor, the value
depends on the resolution of position encoder
2 TCMD Torque command ( TCMD )
Physical value is need to set max. current(Ap) of amplifier. Default value is 100 in
convention which convert measured data to percent by max. torque.
3 SPEED Motor speed ( SPEED )
Default physical value is 3750(min-1), but if the axis is using Linear Motor, the value
depends on the resolution of position encoder.
4 ERR Position error
Physical value is need to set the length per pulse. This data means error for CNC
command without depending on FAD setting.
5 POSF Position feedback integrated value
A conversion coefficient sets up the movement distance of around the 1 pulse.
7 SYNC Synchronize error
Default physical value is 1(pulse). And synchronize error 4096 pulses is equivalent
to 1 rotation of main-axis.
8 ABS PULSECODER position(2^21p/rev)
Physical value is need to set the length per 1 rotation of motor.
