· A three-dimensional circular interpolation command
(G02.4/G03.4) was issued in a modal state in which no
three-dimensional circular interpolation can be used.
· The code which can not be commanded in three-
dimensional circular interpolation mode was
commanded.
5432 G02.4/G03.4 FORMAT
ERROR
The specified three-dimensional circular interpolation
command (G02.4/G03.4) is incorrect.
5433 MANUAL INTERVENTION
IN 3-D CIR
In three-dimensional circular interpolation mode
(G02.4/G03.4), manual intervention was attempted with
the manual absolute switch turned on.
5455 ILLEGAL ACC.
PARAMETER
The permissible acceleration parameter for optimum
torque acceleration/deceleration contains an error.
The cause is either of the following:
(1) The ratio of the acceleration of deceleration to one of
acceleration is below the limit (1/3).
(2) If the time required for the deceleration to a speed of
0 exceeds the maximum (4000msec).
5459 MACHINE PARAMETER
INCORRECT
In the tool center point control function :
· The parameter (No.19680-19711) which sets the
machine configuration is not correct.
· The maximum control axis number of AI HPCC
/ AI
NANO HPCC
(parameter No.7510) is less than 5.
5461 ILLEGAL USE OF
G41.5/G42.5
· The parameters (No.19720 to No.19726) related to
tool radius compensation for 5-axis machining are not
specified properly.
· An attempt was made to issue the G39 command in
the mode of three-dimensional tool radius
compensation for 5-axis machining(G41.5/G42.5).
· An attempt was made to issue a move command
other than G00 and G01, such as G02, at the startup of
three-dimensional tool radius compensation for 5-axis
machining(G41.5/G42.5).
