
2.3.6 Check of System Software Versions (Display Unit)
The system software version of loaded software can be displayed by selecting Boot Menu item
SYSTEM DATA CHECK. However, the loaded software is also displayed in the standard CNC
screens when the CNC has booted up.

In the sample above the NC Basic system software is selected. Procedure is as follows:
• Start the Boot Menu by pressing two most-right soft keys during power up of the CNC.
• From the Main Menu select [SYSTEM DATA CHECK]
All the FROM files stored in CNC are displayed.
• With the soft keys [UP] and [DOWN] search and select the file, which shall verified
Note: One page of the contents of the memory card can display up to 8 files. Press the
most-right soft key on the Display Unit to display the next page.
• Press the [SELECT] key
• The software name and version are displayed for every 128KB block (*In the sample B0HA
version R=18*). The first 8 blocks are displayed.
• Press [SELECT] key to display next eight software blocks.
• Press [SELECT] key to get back to the main menu.
*: Character R is the 18
th
character of the alphabet. Therefore ‘R’ stands for software edition 18
