Depending on the eye level and the viewing angle of the operator, the LCD
may be hard to read. This problem can be solved by adjusting the contrast.
The contrast of a monochrome LCD can be adjusted.
1. Press the
OFFSET
SETTING
function key.
2. Press the [SETTING] chapter selection soft key.
The LCD contrast item is displayed on the setting (handy) screen.

3. Move the cursor to “CONTRAST”.
4. Adjust the contrast by pressing the operation soft key [ON:1] or
[OFF:0].
The 7.2–inch monochrome LCD (connecting using CRT Link) is
provided with a contrast adjustment potentiometer and video signal
adjustment switches.
The contrast is adjusted when the LCD adapter or panel is replaced.
Otherwise, it should not be necessary to use the adjustment switches.
