When the machine requires little change in cutting feedrate during
cutting, a cutting feedrate can be specified in the parameter. This
eliminates the need to specify a cutting feedrate in the NC program.
The feedrate set in this parameter is effective between the CNC being
cleared by a power–on or reset and a feedrate being specified using a
program command (F command). A feedrate becomes effective as soon
as it has been specified by an F command.

This parameter sets the feedrate of linear or circular jog feed (feed amount
per spindle revolution) when the jog feedrate override is 100%.
NOTE
1 This parameter is valid when bit 4 of parameter No. 1402
(JRV) is set to 1 (feed per revolution).
2 This parameter is used as the feedrate of linear and circular
machining using the machining guidance function. (The
machining guidance function feeds the tool along two axes
(along a straight line with an angle or a circle) by jog feed
(linear or circular feed).) The system is controlled so that the
feedrate set for this parameter is used for the feedrate in the
linear direction or along the tangent of the circle.
3 The set feedrate can be overridden within a range of 0.01
to 655.34% using the jog feedrate override signal.
