(2)Function
Linear Motor Position Detection Circuit H consists of circuit which interpolates analogue
signals from Linear Motor Pole Sensor Detection to 16 divisions, circuit which interpolates
analogue signals from Linear Encoder to 2048 divisions, and driver receiver circuit which
communicates with CNC.
