- For all master stations, set the parameters of the
setting items in the same way.
- When a greater value is set in T set, ensure that
T sl > T ID1 is satisfied.

The following parameters consist of parameters that determine an
operation to be performed at the occurrence of an error.
The occurrence of an error means the reception of an invalid frame by
the CNC (master station) from a slave station.
