Passing through PMC signals, a ladder program can control the start/stop of Machine Remote
Diagnosis, and can monitor the status.

Machine Remote Diagnosis request signal
DIAREQ <G0141#5>
[Classification] Input signal
[Function] Request of starting Machine Remote Diagnosis
[Operation] This signal requests the start of Machine Remote Diagnosis towards the
inquiry which is specified by INQU0-INQU2.
This signal needs to be reset when the RMTEND signal or the
RMTCAN signal becomes active.
