NOTE
Set tool change reset signal TLRST from "0" to "1" when the control
unit is not in the reset state (the RST signal is "1") and the following
conditions are satisfied:
1) If bit 5 (TRS) of parameter No. 6805 = 0
Reset state (the OP signal set to "0")
2) If bit 5 (TRS) of parameter No. 6805 = 1
<1> Reset state (the OP signal set to "0")
<2> Automatic operation stop state (the STL signal and the SPL
signal set to "0" and the OP signal set to "1")
<3> Automatic operation pause state (the STL signal set to "0"
and the SPL signal set to "1")
(In the automatic operation stop state, automatic operation pause
state, and automatic operation start state (the STL signal set to "1")
during execution of a data setting command (G10 L3), however, tool
change reset signal TLRST is invalid.)
Individual tool change signal TLCHI <Fn064#2>
[Classification] Output signal
[Function] When the tool life count is specified by duration, this signal reports that the life
of the currently used tool has expired. By using this signal, the following
processing can be programmed: A running program is interrupted by a tool
change program when the signal turns to "1", then the execution of the
interrupted program is resumed after the tool is changed.
[Operation] The signal is set to "1" when:
- The life of the currently used tool has expired.
The signal is set to "0" when:
- Individual tool change reset is executed.
Individual tool change reset signal TLRSTI <Gn048#6>
[Classification] Input signal
[Function] Sets individual tool change signal TLCHI to "0".
[Operation] When the signal is set to "1", the control unit operates as follows:
- Sets the individual tool change signal to "0".
NOTE
1 These signals are valid only when tool life management is performed
on the basis of the tool life counted by duration.
2 Individual tool change signal TLCHI is not cleared by reset.
