Specifies whether to check the contacts of the main magnetic contactor
and sub-magnetic contactor for spindle switching
0: Makes a check by using the power line status check signal
(MCFN).
1: Checks the contacts (MCFN, MFNHG) of the main magnetic
contactor and sub-magnetic contactor.
