B-63784EN-1/01 OPERATION 7.ALARMS AND SELF DIAGNOSTC FUNCTIONS
- 203 -
With diagnosis numbers 1100 to 1111, you can check the TH alarm
status.
Table7.1 (c) TH Alarm Status Indication
No. Indication Internal status when 1 is indicated
1100 POSITION(FOREGROUND) The position of a character that caused the TH alarm during
foreground input is indicated using the number of characters from
the top of the block.
1101 BIT PATTERN(F.G.) The bit pattern of a character that caused the TH alarm during
foreground input is indicated.
1110 POSITION(BACKGROUND) The position of a character that causes the TH alarm during
background input is indicated using the number of characters
from the top of a block.
1111 BIT PATTERN(B.G.) The bit pattern of a character that caused the TH alarm during
background input is indicated.
For diagnostic data not covered in this chapter, refer to Section 1.3,
"Self Diagnosis Screen" in the "FANUC Series 15i/150i-MODEL B
Maintenance Manual" (B-63785EN).
7.1.1 DI/DO Monitor Function
If a failure occurs, the DI/DO monitor function must be used to
examine the CNC, PMC, and interface between machines. This must
also be done when a failure appears to have occurred, such as when the
machine stops because of the wait state of an external signal.
7.1.2 Waveform Diagnosis Function
The waveform diagnosis function traces data such as servo position
deviation, torque, and machine signals and displays the changes in their
values as waveforms. This facilitates the adjustment of servo motors
and spindle motors, as well as the identification of defective locations
when errors occur.
For details, refer to the "FANUC Series 15i/150i-MODEL B
Maintenance Manual" (B-63785EN).
