Rapid traverse blocks may be arranged successively or a rapid traverse
block may be followed by a block that does not cause movement. In this
case, execution of the next block can be started when the feedrate for each
axis of the rapid traverse block is decreased to the deceleration ratio
specified in the parameter.

This parameter is used when rapid traverse blocks are arranged
successively, or when a rapid traverse block is followed by a block that
