0 : Not used.
1 : Used.
NOTE
1 When this parameter is set, the power must be
turned off before operation is continued.
2 Before the power is turned off after this parameter
is set, it is recommended to set the quadratic
expression coefficient parameters (No. 14981 to
No. 14983) and the deceleration ratio minimum
slide position parameter (No. 14984).
3 This control is exercised upon completion of
reference position setting.
4 When simple synchronous control is used, set this
parameter for both of the master axis and slave
axis.
