When two or more Ladder Editing Package(Windows) programs are started,

the ladder of another model can be edited simultaneously, and Ladder

diagram can be copied/pasted between different PMC types.

As a result, the efficiency of the edit operation can be raised by pasting a part

of the ladder with symbol/comment used in an existing ladder.
