7.1 CHECKING WITH THE DIAGNOSIS SCREEN

The tool sometimes appears to stop when no alarm is indicated. In such

a case, the system status can be checked using the self diagnosis screen.

This screen can display a range of internal information. This chapter

explains the data to be checked when the tool appears to stop even

though no alarm is indicated.
