12.14 INPUTTING AND OUTPUTTING DATA USING THE

MEMORY CARD SCREEN

Usually, it is necessary to switch to the appropriate screen depending

on the type of data to be input/output (for example, the Parameter

screen to output and input parameters to and from an external device

and the Program screen to output and input programs). By using the

Memory Card screen, however, various types of data such as program

and offset can be input and output on this single screen.

The screen allows the input/output of the following types of data:

- NC program

- System parameter

- Pitch error compensation data

- Tool offset data

- Workpiece origin offset data

- Custom macro variable

- System log data

- Periodic maintenance data

- Item selection menu (machine system) data
