7. FEEDRATE CONTROL/ACCELERATION
AND DECELERATION CONTROL
389
In circular cutting with an inward offset, the actual feedrate for a specified
feedrate (F) becomes as follows:
F
Rc
Rp
Rc: Radius of the path of the cutter’s center
Rp: Programmed radius
As the actual feedrate becomes the value obtained from the above
equation, the specified rate F can be achieved on the program path.
Programmed
path
Cutter center
path
Rc
Rp
If Rc is too samall in comparison with Rp so that
Rc
Rp
80, the cutter will
stop. To prevent this, the minimum deceleration ratio (MDR) is set.
When
Rc
Rp
80,
the actural rate becomes as follows:
F × (MDR)
1711 Angle (qp) to recognize the inner corner in automatic override
[Data type] Byte
[Unit of data] Degree
[Valid data range] 1 to 179 (standard value = 91)
Set the angle to recognize the inner corner when automatic corner override
is performed for the inner corner.
1712 Amount of automatic override for an inner corner
[Data type] Byte
[Unit of data] %
[Valid data range] 1 to 100
Set inner corner automatic override value when automatic corner override
is performed.
